The cable stayed bridge Verige overcomes Kotorski bay (the Bay of Kotor) near Boka Kotorska in Montenegro at its very entrance. The superstructure, with spans of 41.0 m + 50.0 m + 90.0 m + 130.0 m + 450.0 m + 130.0 m + 90.0 m and overall length of 981.00 m, is a 2.80 m deep and 22.91 m wide, prestressed concrete box-shaped girder, carrying four lanes of the motorway Herceg Novi – Ulcinj and two pedestrian sidewalks. The bridge deck has an aerodynamic shaped trapezoid cross-section. The stays supporting the bridge deck are fixed into two A-shaped pylons reaching up to 168.0 m in heights.

The navigable clear opening under the bridge amounts min. 50.0 m. The bridge is deep founded on wells 11.0 m (piers) and 22.5 m (pylons) in diameter.
